Great place, can see all around from the cafe spectator bit. Staff watching on the floor, seemed clean and well maintained. Lost a star for price- charging for non bouncers! Food and drink prices are reasonable for this kind of place.

Visited Flip Out Aintree for their Christmas Eve special event which was great, the kids love it. Understandably very busy on these events and queues for refreshments were long but went down surprisingly fast thanks to hard working staff. My only issue is the music is incredibly loud so if you're sensitive to this I would maybe see if they do quiet hours.

Paid full price for 3 children, then to be charged an extra fee for spectating. Then to top it off half the trampolines and other amenities were out of order. Customer service didn't want to know and is an absolute joke.

Took my great nephew to the “toddler takeover” session on Friday. Not sure if it's 5 & under or 4 & under. Its term time only. An amazing price of only £5 for a child (1 adult goes free) and then extra for socks (I think it's £1 for spectators). It's possible some familiar characters may turn up. We met Spiderman, Marshall and a teenage mutant ninja turtle whilst we were there. You can stay from 10.00 - 2.30. It's not very busy, so the little ones don't feel overpowered, you stay with them but don't have to bounce. There’s a food bar, serving chips, chicken nuggets, Pizza etc. It is cold inside if you’re not jumping so make sure you have some warm clothing. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble.

One of the best places to take your kids there, loads of space, clean, staff very friendly, good price for 90min , Clean and tidy place to stay upstairs having your coffee or dessert watching your kids . The only thing it’s freezing cold inside So make sure you bring your own coat with you while you wait for your child 🥰🥰

We arrived early for our time slot as advised on the website and parking and check in was easy and efficient. The place was busy but not too overcrowded and we got a table, drinks and food with little queing. The kids really enjoyed the experience and no doubt we will revisit soon. My only negative comment is the admission price at £18 for 90 minutes.....a bit steep especially with a large family.

The place is great for the kids but what an absolute joke to charge extra £1 to watch the kids?! They’re minors you cant just leave them by themselves. If you so precious about the dirty benches you have at the “spectator” area, add the charge to the ticket?

Very nice place kids really enjoyed it. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the air conditioning was off so it was hot and had smell of food inside the area.Otherwise everything was good.
